Vascular Lesions

What is a Vascular Lesion?

A vascular lesion is an abnormal growth or malformation of blood vessels, which can be found on or under the skin.

Why should you remove them?

You should consider removing vascular lesions to address cosmetic concerns, prevent pain or discomfort, and avoid potential medical problems.

How does laser remove them?

The Motus AY laser targets the haemoglobin within the blood vessels. The laser energy heats the vein walls, causing them to collapse and be reabsorbed by the body over time. This process reduces or eliminates the appearance of the vein on the skin’s surface.

At Milsy, We specialise in treating superficial leg veins, such as spider veins and other small, visible red veins, using the state-of-the-art Motus AY laser system. This advanced technology, powered by the Nd:YAG laser, offers a safe and effective solution for reducing the appearance of these veins, helping you achieve flawless, clearer skin on your legs. The Motus AY technology, exclusively supplied in the UK by Lynton, is the Gold Standard in laser vascular treatments.

HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO DISAPPEAR?

Smaller vascular lesions may disappear immediately, while larger ones will gradually fade over several weeks to a couple of months. However you will see an improvement in the pigmentation straight away. Clusters of Vascular Lesions may need multiple treatments.
